When is the event open?

The Llangollen Garden Railway Festival takes place on Saturday 6 June 2026, from 10:00am to 4:30pm.

How much is admission?

Admission is £14 per adult, whether purchased in advance or on the day.

Up to three children under the age of 16 go free with each paying adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to book tickets in advance?

Tickets can be purchased online in advance via the official box office, or on the door on the day of the event subject to availability.

Are there any ticket discounts?

Visitors with a valid Llangollen & Corwen Railway ticket dated 6 June 2026 can receive £3 off festival admission when paying on the door.

Festival visitors may also receive £3 off selected railway tickets on the day.

Is parking available?

Free parking is available at the venue for up to 300 cars. Designated spaces for disabled visitors are also available, although these are limited.

Will I need to show ID?

ID is not normally required for entry. However, organisers may request proof of age when purchasing alcohol from the bar.

Will bags be searched?

For the safety and security of visitors and exhibitors, bags may be subject to search by security staff on entry.

Security is important to us. To help ensure the safety of all visitors, any bags or items left unattended may be removed and dealt with appropriately by venue or security staff.

Can I bring pushchairs or buggies?

Pushchairs and buggies are permitted, however space for storage is limited, so visitors are encouraged to bring only what they need.

What catering facilities are available?

The venue has on-site café facilities and a licensed bar. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated refreshment areas.

What arrangements are there for disabled visitors?

The Pavilion is mostly level and accessible, with ramps where necessary.

There will be designated parking for disabled visitors, although spaces are limited.

Accessible toilet facilities are available, including accessible shower provision if required.

Are dogs allowed?

Assistance dogs are welcome. Pet dogs are not permitted inside the venue.

What happens if I lose something?

Lost property will be held at the Pavilion Office, located in the glass office in the main foyer.
